Day 16,126
I started this morning with a 6.66mi walk. Starting today, I will be walking a minimum of 6 miles daily. I successfully, completed 30 days of walking everyday in May, with the exception of May 30, committing to the process, after having participated in a monthly step challenge in April.
The walk today started from home and brought me to the Amherst Bike Path. A cool, breezy and sunny morning.












Today, I’ll start adding running and cycling daily. With a scheduled training plan for running and simply planning on improving my power and skill on the bike, June will serve as a time to remain committed to walking, while building the consistency needed in two other disciplines that I’ve been enjoying.
